Refund and Returns Policy

At Devpadma, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

 

We will be able to Return / Replace if you receive a damaged / defective / wrong product that you received for your order.

To facilitate the same, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Return / Replacements are accepted only when we receive an uncut video of the unboxing along with clear images of the damages.
  2. Kindly check the goods upon delivery and let us know immediately if there are damages / defects via WhatsApp +91-7715911664.
  3. The damaged claim should be informed to us within 24 hours from the time of product receipt, failing which the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the package and we will not be able to entertain any claims.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photographs of the product and packaging are required for processing returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
